Often a shop may not be ready to maximize the full potential of the Catalyst program. We recognize this, and have put together the industry’s most qualified group of expert consults to help you bring those areas that need help to their full potential.
Consultants can be retained on a project-by-project basis, or available for hourly advice. As a Catalyst Accelerator or Coaching client, you have access to them on an hourly basis within the program.
Each consultant has their area of expertise. They are available to work with you over the phone or onsite if you choose.

Meet the Consultants
Marshall Atkinson
Gilbert, AZ based Marshall Atkinson is one of the leading production and efficiency experts for the decorated apparel industry. He is the owner of Atkinson Consulting, LLC. As a coach and consultant for shops in the industry, Marshall focuses on operational efficiency, continuous improvement and workflow strategy, business planning, employee motivation, management and sustainability. He is a frequent trade show speaker, article, blog author, and is the host of InkSoft’s The Big Idea podcast.
Erich Campbell
Located in Albequerque, NM, Erich is an expert in all things embroidery. He has more than 20 years experience in the industry. He is widely considered as a Master Digitizer and has won many awards for his work. Erich is our go to for any embroidery, digitizing, or embroidery workflow challenge. He is a noted industry author and speaker as well.
Mark A. Coudray
Mark is the architect behind Catalyst. With 45 years experience, and clients in 41 countries, Coudray brings a breadth of experience like no other. He is an industry pioneer, visionary, and thought leader having developed many technical and business innovations commonly used in the industry today. Mark is a frequent presenter at industry events and his work has been published in virtually every industry publication. He has held leadership positions in SGIA and has been awarded the indusry's highest award, the Parmele, as well as four Swormstedt Awards for technical writing. He is also an ASDPT Academy member and past Chairman of the Academy.
Rick Davis
Rick is from Orlando, FL and has been active in the industry for more than 35 years. He has extensive experience working with major brands like Levis. He is an expert in sourcing, screen print workflow, production and quality control. Rick is also an ASDPT Academy member and is an industry speaker, presenter, and author
Richard Greaves
Richard lives near Detroit, MI., but he's been involved in the industry all over the world as a business owner, factory technical rep, and industry consultant during his 40 years in the business. Richard is a noted writer, columnist, presenter, and speaker. His areas of expertise are screen making, screen print production workflow, and operations. Richard has been an ASDPT Academy member since 2000 and has a vast collection of scanned Screen Printing magazines and reference books dating back to the 1950s.
Greg Kitson
Decatur IN native Greg Kitson is the founder & President of Mind’s Eye Graphics, Inc., and a 43-year industry veteran. Mind’s Eye Graphics has grown to provide custom & contract screen printing to decorated apparel professionals around the world. Kitson and Mind’s Eye Graphics offer industry specific PROScreen technical training, PROFITcycle business consulting & Workshops at MEG in their 22,000 sq. ft. Indiana production facility as well as at client locations. Kitson is a member of ASDPT, inducted for his contributions to the screen printing and graphic arts community. Greg has been a regular contributor to decorated apparel industry publications and seminar presentations since 1990
Mike Ruff
Based in Edmond, Oklahoma, Mike has more than 40 years of experience as a printing business and grand format prepress lab owner. He has over 20 years’ experience as a consultant to large format prepress, screen printing and digital companies. Due to this experience, Mike is one of the most sought-after expert productivity consultants in the large format print industry. Mike is also a Certified G7 Expert Trainer and the technical writer of ISO 12647-5, the international screen print standard. In addition to technical expertise, He is an ASDPT Academy member and past Chairman of the Academy.
Lon Winters
Lon is Denver area based and brings 30 years experience to Catalyst. He is well know as a technical screen printing expert and has won numerous national and international awards for his work. Winters runs a screen printing operation and is well known as a technical consultant. Additionally, Lon had done development work for Stretch Devices, PolyOne Wilflex, and Fruit of the Loom. He is a noted writer, columnist, presenter, and speaker. Lon is also an ASDPT Academy member.
